It’s neccassary to take the time to be intentional about showing ourselves love. This helps us to reconnect with our worth and stay motivated on our path! What to Expect:

🌙 Create Your Altar: By audio I’ll provide a guided list of items to have on hand for creating your very own self-love altar. (In confirmation email). In the workshop, I’ll guide you through creating it! You can make it as simple or elaborate as you’d like!
🕯️ Reflection time: Through guided journal prompts, I will help you reflect on your relationship with yourself and how you’d like to improve self-love with your spell.
